required.

Spanish mortgage can be arranged up to 70% with current
interest rates
of
3 - 3.5%
The
rental return generally pays the mortgage and running expenses
and
also gives a modest profit.
The current and previous appreciation
in property values in the Northern Costa Blanca gives the
main return on the investment. Property prices have been
rising at between 20 – 30% per year and this seems
to continue.
Note: The
downside of this investment is that the property needs to be
sold
to realise the profit
and generally should be viewed
as a long term investment of 3 – 5 years.
