"We have been back for just over a week and I have finally found time to write to you after doing so many things in connection with the purchase of our Spanish home. When we booked the inspection tour we were both a little wary about it as we expected to be subject to subtle and continual sales pressure but the opposite was true.

We were collected at Alicante airport and given a brief sightseeing tour of the countryside around Jalon before arriving at our hotel. The small hotel was a delightful place to stay with en-suite facilities, towel changes daily, tea/coffee making facilities and stunning views. We had continental breakfast at the hotel and each evening we were taken to a different restaurant for dinner and not restricted to a limited set menu.

Each morning we were collected by car and spent the first two days looking at properties. Our ‘minders’ had done their homework regarding our requirements having double-checked by phoning us in England a week before leaving. We were shown a complete range of properties from apartments to villas with no pressure to buy. When we had made up our mind Buena Vista then arranged meetings with the builder, bank and solicitor. We then spent our final day with them window shopping for furniture etc before a final meal and trip back to the airport.

A few days later we received a letter from your company in Spain introducing the rest of the Spanish team and advising us to contact them if we have any concerns.

To anybody who is thinking of booking an inspection tour with Buena Vista Villas and has doubts and worries on any score I would say do not be concerned at all. I can assure you that if we had been the subject to hard sales pressure then we would have turned off and not brought anything, preferring to come back to Spain at our expense and as free agents.

"My wife and I have just returned from a 5 day visit to look for a house in your area. It is our second visit to Costa Blanca, but the first with your company. After a very shaky start my previous experience was quite satisfactory, and my wife and I found a suitable property in Gran Alicant, but for various reasons were unable to complete.

We expected a similar tour and were slightly cynical about the whole operation, and were therefore bowled over by the excellent visit provided by David and Sue Eaton. They were not only always professional, which I would have expected, but also went to great lengths to ensure that all of the queries and problems we had were answered and solved to our complete satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the trouble to tailor the whole experience to our particular interests and needs. Furthermore they made us feel like very special friends.

We were only shown properties which matched our expressed interests and expectations. My wife and I are delighted to have found the home of our dreams in an area which fulfills all of our expectations. But much more important both David and Sue made the whole experience truly memorable by taking the time and trouble to make us feel like very special people. Although we signed on the third day, their enthusiasm and warm support continued throughout the remainder of the week.

I am sure that without David and Sue we would not have found a suitable home for our move to Spain. Without them I doubt if we would have made the decision to buy now and secure the dream. During the difficult decision period they were supportive, helpful and sensitive. Without them also we would not have had such an enjoyable and memorable week which we shall treasure whilst we wait for our house to be built. It really was a magical experience.

You are very fortunate to have such dedicated, efficient, capable and most of all likeable members of your team. Whatever the future may bring, whether the build and subsequent move goes according to plan or not, we will always be grateful that we made the move with Buena Vista."

"Pat, my wife, and I, have just settled down at home after our property search in the Denia/Javea area.

Throughout the period of our visit, we were looked after by Tony and Lisa Stainer. I personally must confess to coming out with a degree of trepidation which, in the event, was totally unwarranted. Our visit and tour of properties, based on our brief, was just about spot on. It would be ridiculous to say 100%, but wasn't far off. As they say in Naval parlance, 'Bravo Zulu', well done to you and the staff at Buena Vista Villas.

Sadly, both Pat and I contracted the flu, which made the week rather a struggle and Pat is still suffering as I write. Our decision making progress has, as a consequence, been slowed somewhat over the few days since our return.

Nonetheless, I write to register our appreciation for a most professional, informative and helpful service. Whatever the outcome of our deliberations, be assured that we will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone in the future. Do pass on our thanks and appreciation to Tony and Lisa. One never knows, we may be returning sooner than you think."
